Your MFOR Festival Guide

The MFOR Music Festival takes place on Saturday July 27th in the beautiful grounds of Lydiard Park, Swindon.

One of the biggest synth-pop bands in the UK - Years & Years has been named as the headline act for the Festival. Ella Eyre, Toploader and Swindon's very own Jahmene Douglas have already been announced in the line-up.

HRVY is the 5th artist to be named in what is looking to be a fantastic day of music and fun at Lydiard Park this summer. HRVY is an up and coming artist has been embraced by the media giants at Radio One and also performing at the Radio One Big Weekend at Middlesborough.

Swindon town centre is a mere 2.9 miles away from the Festival site and has a fantastic array of Hotel chains, food and drink outlets, a cinema and bars and clubs to take advantage of, as well as national and independent retailers.

A spokesperson for Mfor Festival said “This is going to be a kicking party, a day for all the family and a night to remember. We have more acts to be announced very soon."

The event will also offer a range of other experiences including a climbing wall and an inflatable assault course as well as a food and drink zone, community participation and a charitable element with money being raised for veteran charity Walking With The Wounded and other local projects.

An official parachute display from the Wiltshire-based Red Devils will be a sure crowd pleaser from the team of the British Army who will be parachuting in.
