We have an opportunity for an experienced Bridal or Sales Advisor with a background in premium retail to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our brides and their entourage, ensuring that each bride finds the perfect wedding dress for her big day.
As you will be working with our brides in the dressing room, you must have a knack for building rapport instantly and be discreet and courteous whilst fitting the dress. You will become the bride’s stylist, offering guidance on shape, fit, accessorising and alterations.
On a day to day basis, you will be involved in merchandising, ensuring the store looks beautifully presented and maintaining the highest levels of stock care.
The skills and experience you will need to be successful:
You will need to have excellent communication skills whilst retaining a natural, friendly and enthusiastic persona.
Experience within premium fashion retail is required and we need our Advisors to have a keen eye for styling.
Although experience within a bridal environment is ideal, it is not essential as we offer a comprehensive training scheme.
