Sales Assistant Great Western Cameras

You will be working in a small retail environment and will be expected to help customers with all their shopping requirements, as well as assisting other members of staff with our online sales. Here is a quick look at your job requirements as a sales assistant:

Advising & serving customers

Processing payments

Ensuring stock levels are well maintained

Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability

Arranging cabinet displays

Handling customer complaints or handing customers on to management.

Packaging and shipping items purchased via our Online sales portals

Assisting customers with photo printing

Contributing to our social media sites

Taking passport photos

Dealing with customers on the Telephone

You will be expected to have an outgoing personality and confidence in dealing with the general public. Training will be provided on all processes. An interest in photography is not a necessity.

This is a full time position, 8.45am-5pm, Monday - Saturday with a day off in the week.
