Swindon - 20hrs per week
£9,880 per year (plus a generous bonus)

Good question....it depends, are you looking for a role that you can fit around other commitments? Maybe you need to do the school run or have a regular class that you need to get to? We can be flexible with the hours and most requests can be accomodated (although weekends are essential).
Do you enjoy talking to and engaging with different people, every day of the week? How about providing an excellent level of customer service where you are listening to the needs of the customer and finding solutions to help them in everyday life? And how do you feel about sales do you enjoy working to targets and do you have the motivation to drive yourself forward, in order to make you, your team and Vodafone the most successful we can be?

About the Store
Our Swindon Store is one of the top performing Vodafone Stores in the country. We are doing fantastic at the moment but we all have the same goal in our team and that is to be #1!
This is one of our Elite stores and as such we are looking for the very best candidates to come and join us. We are a busy store with a high footfall, meaning plenty of opportunity to engage with our customers and make those sales. We are a friendly bunch, we like to have fun at work and are always happy to go the extra mile to help each other out.
We enjoy a fairly relaxed atmosphere in the store and have a stable team - many of us have worked here for a while, although we also have a lot of newer staff members due to the number of successes and promotions we have delivered.

What will I be doing?
We are looking for a driven and sales oriented Retail Adviser to join our team in our Vodafone Swindon store.
You will be interacting directly with the customers, striking up friendly conversations with the aim of identifying any requirements that we can help with. You will need to be confident enough to approach every customer that comes in, friendly enough to have an engaging conversation with the customers and savvy enough to recognise any needs that the customer may have that we can offer a solution for.
You will also do your utmost to help resolve any issues a customer may have, right there, right then, always going the extra mile to provide the best possible customer experience.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people who are level headed, have a mature mind-set, combined with enthusiasm, energy and drive. It can be a challenging role and youll need to be able to commit to some weekend work as well as week days, but for the right person, its an amazing opportunity to work for one of the UKs most valuable brands.
Experience is not necessary but the desire to succeed and do well is!
