As a member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering top quality service and ensuring all front of house areas are maintained to our high standards.
Ensuring the highest standards of CQSMA are achieved, you will provide excellent customer service by keeping up-to-date with current promotions and new products. You will need to ensure that the bar, front of house, toilets and other areas of the pub are cleaned and maintained in accordance with Company guidelines throughout the day.
With excellent customer service skills, you should be professional and well presented - able to communicate clearly with people at all levels. You should be a self-motivated team player able to work unsupervised in a busy environment. Conversational English is essential and you`ll have to be confident, friendly and reliable to succeed with us.
We offer competitive hourly rates for all of our team members! Alongside this, all our team has the opportunity to earn up to 19% in bonus paid monthly plus additional benefits such as:
50% off on food and meal deals whilst at work and 20% off on food, drink and hotel accommodation whilst not at work
£1 extra an hour, for hours worked between 12am and 5.59am.
Under 18`s may attract a lower rate of pay
