Financial Controls Administrator – Zurich Corporate Risk (Part-Time, Job-Share and Full-Time)

The opportunity:
As part of the exciting growth in Zurich Corporate Risk (ZCR), we are looking for a Financial Controls Administrator to come and join our team on a permanent basis. If you pride yourself in providing excellent customer service every day then this role could be for you!
Within our Financial Controls Team, you will work on all aspects of ZCR’s financial activity. You will develop strong relationships across the business to ensure we deliver the best customer service to our Brokers and Customers.
In this role communication and quick learning is key, in turn you will get to experience working for a global, truly people centric organisation.
This role is available part-time, job-share or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time.
What will you be doing?

Daily Reviews of Control Reports

Reviewing processes to ensure that issues are resolved and fed back to other areas of the business

Accurate allocation of payments received from Clients for premium settlements

Daily Work Manager monitoring and work allocation to ensure team KPI’s are met.

Training and sharing knowledge and expertise with other team members.

Controlling the team’s mailbox to address customer queries.

Regular maintenance and reconciliation of Work Manager.

Provide cover for the team.

Ensure you and the team provide a market leading service experience for customers.

Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

Initiate and implement process improvement ideas.

    Knowledge of corporate protection products, processes and services (ideal).

    Knowledge of corporate protection procedures, terms & conditions and technical guides but not essential
