Salary: £19,000 to £23,000 depending on experience

The opportunity:

Looking for an exciting career? We have a new opportunity available for an Accounts Specialist within Zurich Corporate Risk. This role involves the completion of accurate and timely accounts across both group life and group income protection schemes, to ensure companies are paying the correct premium.

This role is available part-time, job-share or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time. Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you may need.

Key responsibilities:

Face to face visits with customers and support sales team as required.

Daily monitoring of Work Manager tasks to meet KPI/SLA requirements.

Timely and accurate Accounts issued.

Dealing with day to day queries and action within SLA’s.

Liaising with internal teams to improve customer focus.

Involvement in the Daily comm cell meetings discussing workloads, concerns and plan for the day.

Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

Initiate and implement process improvement ideas.

Sharing knowledge and expertise.

Understanding the impact of the Accounts in relation to ZCR’s Debt position.

Working closely with the Key Financial Controls team to identify and resolve reconciliation differences.

Your skills and experience:

GCSE or equivalent qualifications.

Excellent technical knowledge about Zurich Corporate Risk and the group risk market.

Passionate about customers and driving through Continuous Improvement.

Ability to cope with varying workloads, pressures and priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent judgement and decision making skills.

Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

Excellent attention to detail, with strong focus on quality and root cause analysis.

Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside of ZCR.
