Access to and use of this website, under the domain name www.inswindon.com (“our site”), is provided subject to the following terms and conditions together with the documents referred to therein (all together “the conditions”). Use of any part of our site constitutes your acceptance of all the conditions. Please read the conditions carefully before you access any other pages of our site. If you do not accept the conditions in full you must cease to use this site immediately.
The site is operated by inSwindon BID Company Ltd, a private company limited by guarantee having its registered office at Focal Point, 27-35 Fleet Street, Swindon, SN1 1RQ (“inSwindon”; “we”; “us” or “our”).
The Agreement is between inSwindon and the members who agree to the terms conditions of this website (the “Members”).
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of the conditions.
You agree to use our site for lawful purposes only and we reserve the right, at our sole discretion to deny any user access to all or part of our site, without notice. We reserve the right to change or revise all or any part of the conditions at any time by posting changes on-line. By your continued use of our site after changes to the conditions are posted, you will be deemed to have accepted any changes made.
All intellectual property rights in our site (including but not limited to copyright, database rights and trade marks) are owned by or licensed to us. You may view or download one copy of any part of our site for private use only, but otherwise you may not reproduce, store, distribute or transmit all or any part of the content of our site without our prior written consent, save where expressly permitted to do so under the conditions. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way.

Details of each competition prize on offer and how to enter are published as part of the competition description. The following terms and conditions apply to all of our competitions. To enter any of our competitions you must be a UK resident and 18 years old or over at the time of entry. A child shall only be entitled to enter a competition with parental / guardian's permission. The parent or guardian must be a UK resident at the time of entry. Some competition prizes may not suitable for people under 18 and this will be clearly stated as part of the competition description. All our competitions are run by inSwindon. None of our competitions are open to employees (or members of their immediate families) or anyone directly associated with setting up our competitions. No purchase is necessary to enter any of our competitions. We will only accept one entry per person. The winner will be the first correct entrant who is drawn randomly from all correct entries. We reserve the right to amend a competition end date at any time and withdraw a competition and prize at any time and without notice. The prize must be collected from inSwindon within three months of the closing date of the competition. If you win a competition, we may notify you by e-mail or telephone or via social media at our sole discretion. Failure to reply as specified in the notification (and within the time stated) may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The judges' decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event that you are a winner we may require you to take part in promotional activity and a statement may be published on this website at our sole discretion.
You can find out who has won a particular competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to Marketing Team, inSwindon BID Company, Focal Point, 27-35 Fleet Street, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN1 1RQ after the closing date. Competition prizes are not transferable to another person. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize. If the advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
Any meet and greet competiton winners under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Linking to our site
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.
Our site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our site other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

Enforceability and Jurisdiction
If any of the conditions should be determined illegal or unenforceable then to the extent it is illegal or unenforceable it shall be deleted and the remaining conditions shall survive in full force and effect. The conditions and any relationship established with you via this site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any disputes arising shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
For the avoidance of doubt, the conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
