- About the BID
Sanford House brings together a wealth of help, advice and information under one roof for the residents of Swindon.
The following organisations are currently working in this building:
Citizens Advice Swindon provides a guided Information Point in Sanford House aimed at helping you access the information and local services you need.
You can use our public access computers or speak to one of our Information Guides who will help you find the best service to help you.
Open Monday – Friday between 9.30am and 4.30pm.
You can get advice from us in person, online or over the phone.
You can drop in to one of our three offices across Swindon during our opening times below. Our trained volunteers will carry out a brief assessment to try to find the best way to help solve your problem. They might provide you with information so you can take action yourself, or help you to get in touch with an organisation that can assist you; or, if it is something we can deal with and your problem is complex, they may book you an appointment with one of our advisers.
When you visit one of our offices, it’s important that the adviser you speak to has as much information about your case as possible. If you don’t bring the necessary paperwork with you, you may have to come back another time. This means it could take you longer to get the help you need.
