Onboarding Consultant (Part-Time, Job-Share and Full-Time)

Location: Swindon

The opportunity:

We can offer you a fast-paced Onboarding Consultant opportunity in the UK People team. From day one you’ll be responsible managing all onboarding process for new starters including; compliance/ RTW checks, referencing and background checks, issuing offer/contracts, and building relationships with candidates and hiring managers and keeping them updated them throughout the onboarding process.

You’ll also get a supportive and collaborative line manager and join a motivated team which works closely with the Talent Acquisition and wider People team, you will own a number of practical and logistical elements of the process including but not limited to; preparing new starter packs/kits, ensuring new starters are compliant in line with the company's right to work and referencing checks, supporting the team with preparation of employment contracts and offer letters.

This role is available part-time, job-share or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time. Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you may need.

Your skills and experience:

If it isn’t already clear, this isn’t an opportunity for someone who wants the quiet life.

You must have experience of high volume administration tasks, ideally within a compliance or HR role with strong attention to detail.

You organise like a pro and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You’re the kind of person who has excellent attention to detail, able to work with small timescales and enjoys communicating and working across various teams. You’re a positive person who copes well when things don’t always go to plan.

Previous experience in end to end onboarding will give you an edge.

You’re confident working with Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
