inSwindon BID Events & Projects Co-ordinator


As the Events and Projects Co-ordinator for inSwindon BID, your duties will be:

Liaising with our BID Members, Major Stakeholders, Town Centre Community Groups, Businesses and Community Groups from the wider Swindon Town area.

End to End Management of our Events/Activities Calendar.

Managing interaction with Senior Management and Operational Staff/Ambassadors.

A focus on bettering the relationships with our clients and partners.

To consistently deliver accurate updates of Event/Project progression therefore ensuring visibility across team and business.

Work closely with Senior Management to ensure we are constantly delivering engaging, innovative projects that are profitable for the business.

Ensure that all projects are delivered, within budget, within a pre-agreed time framework.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Events, Marketing, Design, Creative.

To be a successful Events and Projects Co-ordinator for inSwindon BID you will have the following skills and experience:

Project Management or similar role.

Good general standard of education.

Experience of managing Events/Projects.

Experience being an active and high performing member of a team.

Proven track record delivering creative cross-platform campaigns.

Proven track record of managing end to end projects.

History of cross team collaboration which has delivered results.

Ability to create strong and dynamic relationships with internal teams and clients.

Proven track record of multi-tasking, great communication and excellent time-management skills

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and tenacious attitude.

Calm nature.

This is a fast paced and challenging role, which makes it exciting and rewarding.

There is flexibility in working hours/days – to be mutually agreed.

Immediate start, for an eight-month contract, which could be extended.

Competitive salary – dependent on experience and availability.
